Coverage
Warranty covers material and workmanship defects under normal use.
Not Covered
- Improper installation, overuse, accidents, negligence
- Damage from sharp objects, improper storage, or unauthorized repair
How to Claim
- Provide order number, photos/videos of defects
- We will confirm warranty eligibility
- Free repair parts will be sent for valid claims
- Technical support provided online
